We have the technology to implement via filling, which is necessary for tall pillar, TSV, etc., in a non-plating method in micro-level fine patterns and semiconductor 3D packaging process.

What is the ‘uAG’? uAG is the nano level anti-glare glass made with a technology to form nano lenses on the glass itself (inorganic) without a special coating layer by creating a nano-level shape (hemispherical form. >10nm~<1,000nm diameter) through chemical etching on the entire glass substrate. As a substrate, it prevents glare and diffused reflection.
uAG란 Glass기판 전면에 화학에칭을 통해 Nano급 형상(반구형태. >10nm~<1,000nm)의 미세 구조를 만들어, 특별한 별도 코팅층이 없이 유리자체(무기질)에 나노렌즈를 형성하는 기술로 제작된 기판으로, 눈부심과 난방사를 방지하는 일종의 Nano급 Anti- Glare(AG) Glass로 볼 수 있습니다.
